Oral presentation information
Before your session
- Arrive: 2 hours before your talk with slides on USB.
- Use onsite computer or your own laptop (as applicable on site).
- Be in the room 30 minutes before the session starts.
Format & timing
- PowerPoint format: 16:9
- 15 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A (18 minutes total)
- The chair keeps time.
