All registration fees are VAT free.
- * PhD students must register as regular delegates. BA/MA students must present a student ID upon registration at the venue.
- ** Only for delegates also attending the congress.
Cancellation conditions
For cancellations or reductions made before April 25, 2024 the full amount will be refunded less an administrative fee of NOK 500 plus any bank fees if applicable. After this date, refund is not possible. Name change is free of charge.
Cancellation of an existing booking or name change can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk.
Payment methods
Full prepayment must be settled upon completion of the registration — either by credit card, EAN invoice (Danish delegates only), or by wire transfer.
- If you select wire transfer, please download your invoice from your confirmation email and include your reference number with the payment.
- If your workplace is paying the invoice, please forward the invoice to the correct person; it will not be sent directly to them.
- Invoices must be paid within 8 days.
