Accommodations
A block reservation has been made at the conference venue Clarion Hotel Trondheim and a nearby hotel. Rooms are generally available on August 26 – 20, 2024. These hotels can be booked as part of the registration. In order to confirm a booking, full pre-payment of the entire booking is required.
All prices are per room per night in NOK and include breakfast, VAT and service charges. If you wish to book extra days or other room categories please contact reg@meetingplanners.dk
The Meeting Planners is official housing agent for the conference. The conference is not any way connected to any other housing agents. Please decline any contact from housing providers claiming to act on behalf of the meeting or The Meeting Planners.
Conditions
For cancellations or reductions made before April 25, 2024 the full amount will be refunded less an adm. fee of NOK 500 plus any bank fees if applicable. After this date refund is not possible. Namechange however is free of charge.

Solsiden is one of Trondheim’s most popular and pulsating areas, with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. This hotel has the perfect location if you want to explore Trondheim. Scandic Solsiden offers a barception and shop, providing you with a selection of beverages, snacks and drinks. Delicious and healthy breakfast is included. Bedrooms and public areas were renovated in 2019. Free Wi-Fi is offered to all hotel guests.
