Overview
A block reservation has been made at the venue hotel (Clarion Hotel Trondheim) and at nearby hotels. Rooms are generally available on August 26–30, 2024 and can be booked as part of the conference registration. Full pre-payment of the entire booking is required to confirm your room. All prices are per room per night in NOK and include breakfast, VAT and Wi-Fi. To book extra days or other room categories, please email reg@meetingplanners.dk.
Conditions
For cancellations or reductions made before April 25, 2024, the full amount will be refunded less an administrative fee of NOK 500 (plus any applicable bank fees). After this date, refund is not possible. Name changes are free of charge.
