Abstract & Presenter Instructions

Abstract submission

Abstracts must be submitted in English. Please make sure that the title, author names and affiliations are entered correctly before submission.

What to prepare

• Title and author list with correct spelling and affiliations.
• Structured abstract text as required by the submission system.
• Keywords, if applicable.

Oral presentation information

Before your session

• Arrive: 2 hours before your talk with your slides on a USB stick.
• You may use the onsite computer or your own laptop, as applicable onsite.
• Please be in the room 30 minutes before the session starts.

Format & timing

• PowerPoint format: 16:9.
• 15 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A.
• The chair will keep time.

AV support

A technician will be onsite for assistance.

Poster presentation information

Poster format

• Maximum size: A0 (W: 84.1 cm × H: 118.9 cm).
• Portrait orientation only.

Mounting & dismantling

• Mounting: To be announced.
• Dismantling: To be announced.
• Posters left after the dismantling time may be discarded.

Poster numbers, mounting times and final practical details will be published when the scientific programme has been finalised.
